GENIAC - Gesture-based Development Environment for Interactive Configuration Scenarios
Goal of this project was to research ways in which natural user interfaces (NUI) can help in the configuration of very complex software frameworks. Using big screen multi-touch displays, these configurations are visualized as node-link diagrams and can be manipulated with simple gestures.
As a practical use case we implemented a configuration application for SARTURIS, a modular simulation framework developed at the TU Dresden.
